Yarn Bombing!!!!!

What a night!!!!!

March 30th, 2014

Despite the wet night, we had a great turn-out to yarn bomb Sister Jean's Kitchen in Atlantic City! The Friends of Sister Jean feed 400 folk a day on a site at  the Victory First Presbyterian Church , but the facility is old and in need of repair. What it needs is money and a new location that is suitable for everyone. So...prayers for that! Also....why not join us for our next big event! Because it's fun, and it'll change you... in a good way!

Our Mid-winter

December 21,2013

We constructed, out of about four hundred luminaries, a labyrinth in the field behind the Germania Firehouse! The purpose was a walking prayer for the longest night, and the coming of "light" into the world....you know.... Jesus Christ! :) With musicians playing celtic and Christmas music, a super mild evening, a clear night where we even saw shooting stars! It was the perfect balance for a season that is often too full of glitter, sparkle, events, loneliness.....The Labyrinth was a night to remember!
